ALUMINUM HIGH FIN

Aluminum/Copper high finned tubes are used for fin tube bundle of air cooled heat exchanger and mainly cooler.

It is designed to transfer of heat in the liquid flow inside of tube and air is provided from outside by fan in order to transfer of heat through tube wall and aluminum/copper into the air.

Client would select correct fin type depending on geographic, operating temperature, corrosion environment and life cycle of equipment.

Type of fins are

  1. "G" Embedded type
  2. "L" Footed type
  3. "LL" Double footed type
  4. "KL " Knurled type
  5. "Ex" Extruded type
  6. "Ex-serrated" Extruded and serrated type

DUSUNG METAL Embedded(G Type) Fins are embedded into 0.3mm groove Perfect bonding between tubes and fins.
Acceptable level for corrosive atmosphere Max.

DUSUNG METAL L(Footed), LL(Double Footed), KL(Knurled) Type Fins are covered by fins through entire tube length, excellent for corrosive atmosphere Fins are tension wound, less bonding in lase L, LL Type Additional Knurling for KL type for better contact between fins and tube, good for thermal transfer properties Max. use temperature 150℃(L),180℃(LL), 250℃(KL)
DUSUNG METAL Extruded & Extruded Serrated Fin Widely used for corrosive atmosphere because the bare tube is fully covered by outer aluminum fins which are formed by severe compressing onto aluminum pipes Higher mechanical strength Max. use temperature 230℃ Cost is most expansive type
DUSUNG METAL ECrimped Fin Stainless, Carbon steel fin material (TP304, A1008, Copper) Max. use temperature 250℃ Higher mechanical strength Perfect for corrosive environment Fins are blazed to the tube, providing good bond pressure
DUSUNG METAL Copper L,LL Fin Fin material is pure copper B 152 C12200 (99.9%) Good thermal conductivity and heat transfer rate Widely used for cooler, chiller type low density& heat transfer fluids need to be exchanged with high heat volume Rubber fitting to support finned tubes are casted by plastic casting machine
